FAQ
Everything is made to order, if you have bought via pre-sale orders will be shipped from the date specified. If ordering outside of a pre-sale period orders are sent within the week. If your order is urgent please make sure to send me an email so we can ensure you receive your order on time.
Artworks and items are protected in a clear envelope as well as a non-bendable card envelope or mailing tube to ensure your order is protected all the way to you.
Shipping
Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard: Flat rate $12 AUD
Express Delivery $15 AUD
Once items have been shipped, we do not take responsibility if there is an incorrect address upon ordering. If the order has been returned to sender, standard shipping charges apply to re-send. Please ensure you check your order confirmation in your email and let us know if there are any errors.
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, with all online orders being processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, please allow for additional processing time during periods with high order volumes.
You should allow between 2-5 business days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive domestically or 5-10 business days from date of dispatch internationally.
Pre Orders
Specific Artworks and Bookmarks will launch as a preorder. Shipping date will be stated on the product page or stay up to date by signing up to the Hey Hue mailing list.
What Frames do you recommend for artworks?
All photography taken on the website feature Kmart A3 Frame with an A4 insert (click to shop). Other frames you could consider are the Country Road (Australia) Adler Poster Range in A4 or A3 (click to shop)
Does HeyHue do custom prints?
Unfortunately we don’t offer one-off artwork orders at this time. But if you have ideas or requests please email shop@heyhue.com.au and we will take on your request for the next collection.
Returns
Choose carefully when deciding to order any items as they are all handmade and limited edition. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email shop@heyhue.com.au if you have any problems with your items that you have received.
Who does the artworks?
All of our products available to shop are designed and handprinted by Carissa Smart in Melbourne, Australia.
