Shipping
Everything is made to order, if you have bought via pre-sale orders will be shipped from the date specified. If ordering outside of a pre-sale period orders are sent within the week. If your order is urgent please make sure to send an email so we can ensure you receive your order on time.
Artworks and items are protected in a clear envelope as well as a non-bendable card envelope or mailing tube to ensure your order is protected on its way to you.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard: Flat rate $12 AUD
Express Delivery $15 AUD
Once items have been shipped, we do not take responsibility if there is an incorrect address upon ordering. If the order has been returned to sender, standard shipping charges apply to re-send. Please ensure you check your order confirmation in your email and let us know if there are any errors.
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days. You should allow between 2-5 business days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive domestically.
International Shipping
International orders are all sent via Australia Post as a flat rate of $25 AUD. International shipping can take up to 3 -10 working days from Australia to arrive. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.
Once your order arrives in the destination country, your local courier then will pass on for delivery. The same tracking number applies.

Damaged Order
Orders are always packaged to the best of our abilities, however sometimes couriers don't take as much care as we would. If this happens, please take photos of the packaging as it arrived and the item to the best of your ability.

Missing Order
If you are concerned your order has gone missing in transit or is taking some time to arrive be sure to check the tracking or visit here.
Returns
Choose carefully when deciding to order any items as they are all handmade and limited edition. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email shop@heyhue.com.au if you have any problems with your items that you have received.
